The Fleming’s Hotel Wien Westbahnhof and LiV´iN Serviced Apartments will open its doors in the heart of the city in April. The use of WIFI is free of charge in the complete building. LiV’iN provides a washing machine and a dryer as well as locked basement rooms. The Wellness- and Fitness area of the adjoining Fleming’s Hotel Wien-Westbahnhof will be at guests disposal from march 2007 on. Meeting and function rooms as well as support in secretary works are available on request.

All guests can use the Restaurant and Bar in the hotel next to the apartment house Liv´In. Fleming’s Brasserie & Wine Bar combines a French Brassiere and a Deli. The wine list offers an impressive variety of superb national and International wines. The restaurant is open for breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00, lunch from 11:30 to 14:30 and dinner from 18:30 to 23:00. The Wine Bar is open from 10:00 to 1:00. Room service is available from 8:00 to 23:00. The restaurant and the bar is on the ground floor and is accessible for disabled guests.
