The Quartier24 is situated in one of Vienna's most popular districts (Hietzing), close to the Schönbrunn Palace - ideally located within easy reach of many of the city’s main attractions. The palace grounds of Schönbrunn, the Lainz Game Preserve and the Vienna Woods invite to extended walks or other sports and recreational activities. The convention centre, the main train stations, the airport and all major motorway connections are easily accessible. The nearby stops (tram, bus, commuter rail and night bus) let you easily reach all the city's attractions as well as the city centre.

Opened in May 2008, the Quartier24 boasts 28 apartments, each one equipped with its own state-of-the-art amenities, including Wi-Fi access. Furthermore, they feature a kitchenette, private bathroom and ample storage space. For your relaxation, the residence provides two roof-top terraces, complete with deck chairs. When the weather is a little cooler, you can unwind with a drink in the lobby, or check the info point for useful tourist tips and city maps. A washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as ironing facilities are offered in our laundry.

Hietzing (13th district) has many well-known restaurants and coffee houses. Have lunch at the Brandauer Schlossbräu, which is located right in the old center of Hitzing, or enjoy dinner at the restaurant Reigen, which is located right opposite the underground stop U4 Hietzing.
