Our personal training studio offers unique circuit training comprising Gyrotonic®, pilates and yoga, using the latest apparatus. The P.I.A. ATHLETICS method works on three main principles: Performance training for a strong back, Intelligence for mental strength, and Appearance for the physical form. We also offer the "PrivateMax" cinema for an audience of up to 8 persons. Opened in 2004, this is Germany's first private hotel cinema. Its screen is 35m² in size.

Live piano music. Atlantic-Lobby The elegant and comfortably furnished area in front of the crackling fireplace is a favourite meeting place, cherished by many locals. The pastries and desserts from our own ptisserie are known for their outstanding quality. Restaurant Tsao Yang Tsao Yang (Chinese for "Rising Sun") is the name of this superior Chinese Restaurant, offering authentic Chinese cuisine in an atmosphere of refinement. Alstersalon The Alster Salon offers daily a delicious Breakfast Buffet known for its sumptuousness and variety. The Atlantic Breakfast Buffet is considered by many to be the best breakfast in town!
