One Spa offers guests the ultimate in luxury with: 19 multi-purpose treatment rooms; a 19-metre swimming pool; state-of-the-art gym and fitness studios and a carefully designed Thermal Suite with an impressive variety of holistic heat experiences including: an aroma grotto, rock sauna, bio-sauna, tepidarium, laconium and hammam. Unique to ‘One’ is the outdoor hydro-pool: a stainless steel pool cut into the rooftop of the building with a cedar plank curved rear wall, accessed by swimming from the indoor hydro-pool. Dramatically lit at night, the 35ºC salt water evaporates into a soft mist in the air above the pool creating an unforgettably relaxing and romantic image. Hotel guests can experience the Thermal Suite and rooftop hydro-pool at a discounted rate.

One Spa’s Child Policy: Children aged under 16 may only use the swimming pool at One Spa if supervised by an adult at all times. Children can only access the swimming pool between 15:00 and 17:00 every day and between 08:30 and 09:30 on Saturdays and Sundays. Children under 16 are not permitted to use the gym or the Cleopatra Baths, the hydropool or the thermal suite.
